Position is for an in-house Computer Network Support Specialist. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparing monthly reports of IT Asset Inventory, Issues, and tickets to the Department Head; Managing on-premise Server in the Head Office; Providing Onboarding for new ADMIN/DON in facilities; Providing IT Helpdesk support to resolve technical issues with facilities’ computers, network, and telephone systems; TCP/IP networking fundamentals and operations; Install, troubleshoot, and maintain peripheral equipment; Prevention and removal of computer viruses; Manage the Email hosting and Email firewall; Manage all account creation requests; and provide annual computer Preventive Maintenance to all facilities and the Head Office.
Requires an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Technology and 2 years of experience. Experience as an IT Manager is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. Salary: $ 51,272 per Year
