Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton achieved an impressive #11 ranking out of 50 nursing homes with 59-99 beds and is the only facility recognized in the City of Fullerton this year. Montclair Manor Care Center secured the #33 spot out of 50 for nursing homes in the 59-99 bed category across California. Kit Carson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center earned the #43 ranking out of 50 nursing homes with over 150 beds statewide.
