Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes relating to the use of employer’s Point Click Care Electronic Medical Records System. Maintain Electronic Medical Record systems and work to continually improve them through upgrades, expansion, and ongoing development. Ensure regulatory compliance by developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with industry and regulatory policies. Serve as a liaison between software developers and users of Electronic Medical Records. Create test scenarios for Electronic Medical Records; execute these tests and evaluate results. Review and recommend action on Electronic Medical Record changes in compliance with changing applicable regulations. Develop implement policies and procedures for Electronic Medical Record users. Provide training and produce technical literature. Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies.

 
  Requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Healthcare, and related. Master’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare, and related.

Director of Rehab (DOR) is responsible for the day-today activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities. This includes but is not limited to: the delivery of direct and indirect services to in-patients and out-patients, supervision of all therapy personnel, interviewing and recommending new hires, and training of all therapy personnel. DOR is responsible for implementation of new programs to meet the needs of the facility and the residents, delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out all assigned duties.

 
  Graduate of an approved curriculum in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
  Is able to practice unencumbered
  Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
  Possesses a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a therapist
  Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources
  Knowledge of Rehab Optima
  In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
  Exudes professionalism in presentation
  Be able to read/write and communicate in English
